Question Marks?

Will ‘Question Marks’ go up in value, will they be successful? No one knows, that is the question. As new infrastructure is put in place, the value usually increases.

WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES ARE IN YOUR PORTFOLIO?

PROJECT TUGUN

Recently, Oct 2011 we refurbished this property at Tugun, this property could be a ‘question mark’ recently the Tugun Bypass was completed, this takes traffic to the west of the Gold Coast Airport, connecting to the Stewart Road interchange and the Tweed Heads Bypass. It is close to the airport, and the ocean, in fact you can tumble down the hill and walk in the sand.

This is a stunning transformation…. very stylish, due to a local team of tradesmen, and project managed by TDB & Associates.

Terry achieved a great result, congratulate him. You must be very pleased. Fantastic camera angle.

Actually my son recently did the same thing to his house… hated the carpet so the house now has polished floors. Easy to keep clean and looks great.

I’m hoping to do the same to my place …

    Cheers

Fabulous transformation. Great work! WOW! I would love
to stay in a cosy place like this. Lucky you have a brother to do this for
you. I have to spend heaps on my renovation. Still ongoing and probably
won’t finish till next year. It is a mess now. Will send pics when ready
but no before and after comparison 🙂
